(Step 1) Brush brow hairs upward with spooley.
(Step 2) Using angled brush, outline the bottom and top of brow to create desired shape.
(Step 3) Fill in brow with product using light feathery strokes.
(Step 4) Finish by blending with spooley end of brush and filling any gaps.
Remove with waterproof makeup remover.
