Our website is open to accept your orders and we are taking all the necessary actions to ensure the health & safety of our customers. Orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. 

 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on GiGiSpa.com, CleanAndEasySpa.com, SurgiWax.com and SatinSmooth.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). 

You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer FREE 2-Day shipping on orders $100 and over! Your order must be $100.00 minimum, before taxes & shipping and handling. (Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any other non-continental US & military addresses are not eligible for this promotion.) Cannot be combined with some coupons and offers.

For orders totaling less than $100, we offer standard ground shipping via FedEx Smartpost.

We ship to every residential address in the continental U.S., including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories. Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands will require an additional charge for standard shipping and delivery. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, but we do not offer international or expedited shipping at this time. Check back soon!

 

How long will I have to wait for my goodies?

Transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US, & up to 15 days for Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Orders shipping via FedEx Smartpost may take 7-12 business days to be delivered.
  • Orders shipping via Free 2-Day FedEx One Rate arrive in about 2-5 business days. Free 2-Day Shipping may require a few more days for rural addresses and is not available for P.O. Boxes.
  • Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
